Refund Policy

TriplePlay typically performs without advance payment and is paid during or after the completion of a performance. In most cases, no refunds apply because no prepayment is required.

If a deposit or advance payment is agreed upon for a specific booking, the terms of that deposit—including refundability—will be communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable and are intended to reserve the performance date.

In the event a performance is canceled by the booking party, any deposit paid may be forfeited. If a performance is canceled by TriplePlay due to unforeseen circumstances, any deposit paid will be refunded unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
